They are to remain canine so you can't make them for example a horse but they can be a wolf, coyote any kind of dog...

1. draw a full-body picture of the adoptable you want to adopt
2. give the info about the adoptable in its character sheet or in artist's comment (name, age, gender etc.)
3. send the link to the finished picture
