I love it, although I wonder why Mycroft reads The Sun? You'd think he'd go for a better paper, or perhaps he reads all of them to know what's going on in the country, anyway I rather liked this scene and his suffering and was like 'Ha! Suffer bitch for what you did to my poor Sherlock!' so yeah I really like this
