Well, if I say it like this, it wasn't planned, I made the braids and then it was kinda hard not to think about Pippi afterwards

Yes me too, specially the show on tv. I wonder why they have not tried to make a remake some of the movies, like Mio or the brothers Lionheart etc

I've heard that Ronja or Ronia the robbers doughter has a new japanese anime show. I believe it was the same studio that made Totoro, but I'm not sure.
Never really given it a shot yet.
Since the rest of the world are remaking so much stuff lately it wouldn't surprise me that they would grab another of Astrid's stories. I would love a remake of Mio and Lionheart as well.
Although, it wouldn't hurt having some more fresh stuff comming out that's not a remake or a sequal.
