had a lot of fun making this one, when i saw the bricked beads in the store i started drooling. made it 24 hours before i sat down and put it together.components: brick cut tourmaline in 2x3mm roughly, larger puffed pillow somethings (i have no idea what they are, but they went with it), ridged 3mm sterling beads, sterling toggle clasp.
it has 4 strands total, all of varying length - though none is overly long to make it stand out - two have nothing but the brick tourmaline and beads, the other two have the larged pillow cut beads in it. they're attached directly to jump rings and then to the clasps on either side. was a pain in the ass to do, but it turned out pretty well, i think.

VERY pretty. You're getting REALLY good at doing jewelry. Definitely try doing it for a living. I bet you could sell quite a few pieces on eBay if you wanted.
Or I could just be a little prejudiced. I'm fond of this kind of jewelry. XD

ironically enough, it makes me think of what my grandmother told me yesterday. i've been showing her things as i work along and she likes it, but she told me that i was just like my dad. talented at so many things and unable to follow through on any of them.
proceeded to inform her that i can follow through fine, i write like a fiend. but she doesn't understand that writing is real work. *shrug*

oh, i plan on it. just have to kind of stock up on chain again. i'm nearly out of some of my supplies. *pines for the bead store in lakeland* ah well, i'm going there next weekend.
