- Codites evolved when the Necade Entertainment Star-Station was effected by a large radiation storm, a computer viruses code was changed and altered by the ionized radiation and gained sentience. the origin of the Virus is unknown.
-Codites where first discovered when the robotic staff of the space station started having strange "dreams" when they where in sleep mode, it was later discovered that this was the Codites poking around the staffs' Cortex Matrix and their code showing up as these "dreams"
-Codites are now on almost every computer system of star-faring races. They act as maintenance for computer code, track down and eradicate cyber-attacks, and as companions/digital assistants on personal devices.
-Like Galvanic Mechomorphs, the "DNA" of a codite is made up of binary code, the DNA is only 64 bytes.
