This is my WIP coloured entry for the Battle Artist Competition over at [link] I'm still working on this so I've not entered it yet, but when I'm fully happy with it I will.This is the first time I've ever entered a "battle" there and I'm really pleased and excited to be a part of it
I put a lot of work into this so far, I'm giving myself a break from it before going back in and working on it some more.
I want to thank for the amazing rain brush found here [link] I used in this, I tried to make my own but I just couldn't get the look I was going for

looking good so far, the only thing i would recommend is to try the rain brush (not on mystique) it would make here pop a bit more if she doesn't have the same texture as the background. If you want to create the illusion of actual rain, you need the rain on a layer above the line work to that it is indeed over her and not within her...hope that helps and makes sense

From what I've seen of your work, I can't tell you anything you need to improve on!
I'm really having fun on this site I have to say, I've not been here a year yet and I've already improved quite a bit and made a fair few friends, collabing is SO much fun
And the layer over mystique definitely works better, thanks! I'm glad I didn't enter the pic straight away and gave myself chance to improve it with feedback

I put everything I've learned so far into this piece so I'm quite proud of it and it'll be the first piece I ever submit to the Battle Artist colouring competition as well so I'm looking forward to that as well as being nervous
