Aaaaaah I'm so proud of this guys!! TuTI'm a big fan of , watched her speedpaints on YT and I also recently watched animal documentaries and thought that maybe I could practice realism myself???
So I decided to find some references, which I'll link, to practice and make sure things were the correct as can be. I don't know what species Tsuki's supposed to be so I took a pic of an Andalusian Hound and one of a Wild Dog, mostly for the ears but then I looked at my ref and thought I'd rather stick with her design instead of just mixing animal features.
In the end she kinda look like a wolf... Don't think it's bad though.
Now I realized how useful references are and I'm currently drawing Itachi in a realistic way too. I know I've been submitting only WIPs recently but here it's a final piece I guess.
Just felt like not removing the refs because I was first scared about using refs but in the end it's very useful, provided you don't trace, otherwise you will never improve. But there are enough guides on how to use refs over dA so I won't write a long commentary on it. ^^References :

Well, I like cartoony styles too so I wouldn't give up my current art style for realism. I just think it's magical when you can portray your fictional characters as realistic ones for people can imagine them roaming our world. x3
