Description
Before her death, Sniper Wolf revealed her background as an Kurd, alluding to a tragic childhood filled with terrible suffering and war. This is a depiction of Wolf as a young combatant, before being plucked from one battlefield by the Boss and placed in another (behind the scope of her prized PSG-1). While there is very little canon information about Sniper Wolf's childhood, being thrust into conflict in Iraq represents one possible background.Related content

Thanks so much! The Metal Gear series had a number of amazing, sympathetic characters (particularly villains), and while I love the mystery surrounding them, curiosity always made me want to see more of their more "human" backgrounds (before they went full on comic-book mode).
