A little play with composite, I am wanting to spread a bit of depression awareness and how to support someone who is going thru this all to common occurrence. There have definitely been times I feel exactly like this, I know I am not alone in this, if you have someone in your life who is struggling, the best advice would be, don't fight their anger or sadness with anger in return, what is needed is hugs, to be told that you are there next to them, and understanding that they sometimes can not always control their mood, or even know why they are unhappy, instead respond with kindness... you don't have to understand what they are going thru, but just understand they are going thru SOMETHING.
