Since Echo can take on the appearance of every character in the game with her ultimate, mpreg is theoretically possible for her. But then again, she's a robot/omnic, so what does gender or appearance really mean.
Even her pregnancy is something I invented and I doubt Blizzard would include something like this for the character.
