was listening to Jet Set Radio/Jet Set Radio Future OSTs again and I had an urge to draw Rocky as another favorite character of mine, Poison Jam! ;v;
I love the second game more for a few reasons but the looks for most characters I love more in the first, especially Poison Jam’s.
dunno why but I can see Rockoon really loving them too! they actually are pretty similar to me in some ways, they both are antagonists but don’t mean any REAL harm like the main villain of what they’re from (in fact they are negatively effected by them just like the protagonists) they just love to stir up trouble. and “they act tough, but they’re wussies” ..I think Rockoon would be pretty terrified of horror movies though.
I had a really hard time trying to figure out how Poison Jam’s clothes would look like on Rocky’s body so I drew him naked like usual and drew the clothes on top. I also was gonna think that his ears would be under the mask but it just looked really weird without them so I guess there’s slits for them?
JSR/JSRF music is the PERFECT thing to listen to when you’re feelin’ blah-ish man, it’s hard not to get energized hearing it. ;o;
