You probably know the deal by now, AI art in its current state is art theft and I feel it should be treated as fraud! Specifically when people claim they are the creators of the art. AI “artists” are not Artists. AI “art” is not true art, it’s lifeless and stolen, there were original creators of the art but it was ripped apart and mended together to become a colourful statistic of how art is often made. If someone cut out parts of great artists paintings and then taped them together you wouldn’t call that art, it would be stolen and unethical. The only difference is that it’s blended together and usually not recognizable.

The fact that there are some art generators that made wips is especially worrisome, there is no use for those wips besides deception and fraud. Not to mention of course, the stolen artworks and uncredited artists who poured their blood and tears into their art. Yes one day there will probably be versions of AI, but I hope that it becomes Illegal to steal TRUE artworks in the near future.
