While the critter is pretty neat and deserves praise, I can't help but notice that the subject (frog and wacaw) and the background don't really seem to go together. The frog looks like it is simply floating, and the wacaw doesn't quite look like it belongs. However, adding shadows on the background relating to where the subjects are might clear up this problem.
However, separately the background the subjects are very well done. Nice work.

Hmm. I didn't quite see that before. While there are shadows, they need to be darkened a lot. Damn my laziness! XD Thanks for pointing this out.
