What time is it? Time for a new Kuroshitsuji Time! original character.

I’ve been spending a lot of time working with the citizens of the Plushie Kingdom lately. It’s fun to put Canon characters there (like Drocell and Doll ). But, sometimes a few OC’s can really flesh-out a storyline.

A few weeks ago, I started doodling the assemblage that makes up the staff that works for Plushie Princess in her castle. Of all those that I worked on for the group picture, I wanted to give a sneak-peek of this guy. Thanks to a suggestion made by the awesome in one of my other submissions, this guy came to be!!

This is Ricrac, the Pin Cushion Orator that presents people at the door, and makes announcements during gatherings. Despite his small size, he will be always be heard.

A few tidbits about Ricrac:

*He’s about BMO size; one of the smallest Plush Citizens in the Plushie Kingdom

*Plushie Princess made him to keep her company when she was little; but his voice was so prominent, that she assigned him the distinguished position of Orator to announce any visitors they had to the castle

*He’s very proper, and takes his role incredibly serious, almost to a comical degree. His enthusiasm rivals none in the Land of Yana…Save maybe Grell’s desire to get to the center of Peppermint Butler. ^3^
