(This image SUCKS and I need to make a new one! Leave a comment on whether I should draw a new Mew or another pokemon of your suggestion!)Betcha weren't expecting this! -shot-
My attempt at 'realism'. +a tribute to an old obsession of mine: Pokemon! Gotta catch 'em all~!
Riiight. Umm... I couldn't find ANY refs for Mew's little bubble, so I made it up as I went along. Also, I've only attempted this style once or twice in the past with rather disappointing results. I'm /really/ happy with how this came out.
Background = SPACE. ... Uhh.. Tried a different style for the stars. Made 'em all... weird. But I like it. And you should, too! -bribes wif cookie-

However, and I can't believe I'm saying this, you are welcome to use it as long as you follow TWO SIMPLE RULES.
A. The watermark in the corner or some other visible credit must be left on the same page/video/whatever(s) the image appears in.
B. You can NOT use it to make money. That's just plain theft and not only will I not be happy, but Mew is a licensed character belonging to Nintendo and I doubt you wanna get in a lawsuit with them over petty image theft.
That being said, lemme know if you use it? Whether as a background, reference, or part of your youtubestuff. I'm just cuuuuurious.

Kyaa, that's got to be the best Mew I've ever seen. @.@ It's so realistic and fluffy.
You know, this reminds me a lot of the Mew level on Pokemon Snap. Where you've got to follow Mew around a space-like level and get it out of it's ball, before you can take a photo of it. I've got a screenshot of that here .

Can't believe I didn't comment on this thing. You did such a wonderful job portraying Mew as a cat-like creature. It's really nicely done in this sense, Plushie. And the bubble effect- I believe it made the creature even more adorable in his own right. You've got such a gorgeous style, my friend! Keep it up!

I guess alot of people have different opinions!
Uploading this, I've seen several different musings on Mew's base species.
I, and many of my old "pokemon-fan" friends, have always seen Mew as a cat... Might have had something to do with the name. But I've seen some peole say Gerbil, Mouse, and now Squirrel! Maybe I should draw some more "realistic" Mews as those animals... o: -new project-

Mew is luff. And, yes. The first movie was definitely the best. I wish I had it... But I don't. The only other movies I really liked were the Lugia and Latios/Latias ones. ...Though Lucario was pretty good, too. -shot-
Anyway, thank you! And Mew's a darling. I've got a couple sketches somewhere in my folders... Wanted to do a more cartoony Mew and maybe some of the other original 150.
