I get lots of ultrasounds over my years of existing, including one on a yearly basis so...Ana is getting one here too. Why is she getting one? It's open to interpretation. But one doesn't need to be pregnant to have an ultrasound. There's various reasons for ultrasounds, from checking for cancers to examining the urinary system.

I want to draw more stuff that involves medical things in the future. Ideas like this has been rousing in my head for a long while. Be prepared and use filters accordingly. I just want to be authentic to myself after being clammed up for awhile.

Also rendering this was hard so do not ask me to draw stuff like this for free. I know I'm not the only one thinking of WarioWare characters in medical situations. Please don't tell me what I draw is sensual to you, I rather not know that kinda stuff.
