HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY LOVE!!!!Yes it's an igloo. Yes those are penguins. No those white things aren't penguins, they're snowmen ^^.
This birthday cake was made from scratch. The frosting was bought thou -__- I didn't have the ingredients to make my own
. The penguins and snowman were 'painted' by me ^^ I'm fucking exhausted 
I can't wait to serve it to my husband tonight
If anyone wants to see a close up of the penguins let me know and I'll upload them too ^^

I love the idea, and I think the penguins are very cute too! But all in all it didn't make me smile so much when I saw it. It seems like you just slabbed a bunch of frosting on, and the frosting is more yellow then white. Perhaps butter cream or simple grocery store fondant would have been better. I see lots of brown too, where the cake is and the frosting is rather uneven. Frosting wasn't such a good choice. With fondant, or buttercream, you could carve out little rectangles and carefully put them on the cake, flattening them with a tooth pick that would look a lot like an igloo.
Honestly, the first thing I thought when I saw this was "What is that?"

I agree with store bought frosting, it can be very messy and very hard to work with.
