Hello my darling citizens of the Plush Kingdom and visitors ♥
Today is not Plush Phriday of course. I decided to make it a throw back Tuesday~
Who remembers this lil Fella ♥ pun intended
Yesterday's mess made me really upset. I've heard all kinds of things-
DA is broke so they are trying to raise revenue. DA fired half the workers and cut the pay of the remaining workers. DA is just greedy and wants our money. Or all of the above -.-
I honestly don't know what to think. It's all very upsetting and frustrating. If DA is really in financial trouble why not be honest?
Why not tell us that you need help. Just think for a second if DA told us they needed us, instead of just jacking up the price of membership out of the blue. How many of us would be happy to help?
I'm willing to bet over half. Now we have a skiscim between the admins and the users. *sigh* it's depressing.
I've been with DA since I was a little girl. I was on the site before I made my account. Since I was 10 I would surf DA and look in wonder at all the beautiful art. When I got older I made an account and interacted with all the wonderful people. DeviantArt used to care about you. Now it seems that they just don't care period. Not of themselves nor of us.
This morning I got to feeling nostalgic about the old DeviantArt, the one I loved ♥ I still love it but it's just not the same. Don't worry I won't boycott DA. I'm far too loyal to you all to and I'm so grateful to you all. If it wasn't for all of you supporting me when things got rough... well I have no idea what would have happened to me
It's just sad how far DA has fallen -.- I really hope to hear something from the staff soon and that they'll start listening to us again , like they used to.

I've only been on dA for... I think, two years now? Close to three now, Jesus. I haven't been online as much as I would like though, but I do know dA has changed a lot since my first time on here, the icons, how it functions, and those little icons at the end of names. The orange contrasts horribly with dA's green Dx if you ask me.
I first found this site just looking for Left4Dead pictures 
I've been on here, and I've met a lot of my friends on here. I became a more bigger fan of Pokemon because of this site. I became a Brony, a Whovian, and a heck of a lot of others. So I don't plan on leaving anytime soon, so unless they shut down the site, I ain't leaving. dA's my home away from home. I met every one of my best friends here... and I hope they stay, cause I have no idea how to contact them otherwise

I didn't even know much had changed outside of the silly orange icons by our names. Then yesterday a post of Facebook from a friend's friend announced he was closing off his account. Replies said stuff about the raising of the prices, and I know I was confused by these weird new membership levels. I miss the dA shop too, they had some neat stuff. I remember wanting to get one of the Deviant-deisgned shirts with the logo, but they were suddenly gone.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's been feeling this way as of late- I don't plan to leave DA either - at least not at the present moment, but its definitely not the way it use to be, when I first joined.
I've been on DA for nearly 9 years - and it use to be a great place, not so much anymore however :C The admins simply don't care anymore etc. And I agree, they should've been honest and let us know so those who could - could have helped.

I remember first coming across deviantart in the newspaper about nine years ago. A beautiful deviation was displayed on the front page of that section. After being recommended by a real life friend to join, Deviantart was a little simpler. There was forums, chats, deviations, journals, premium membership, and the store. Some of the changes have been good, some of them, not so good. Deviantart has gotten big, however, I worry that it's gotten too big for them to truly listen to us.
