A game that's... hmm let's say a usual FPS game but with TF2 assists and a bit Project Nexus 2ish.

Story is you play as a Debonair soldier who fights RED who have a hell of a lot more numbers and even have unique classes.
Go through level to level shooting anyone in red.
Use all weapons but Medi Gun.
You're not just fighting the standard 9 classes, you now are fighting enemies that are weak as paper or strong as rocks, higher chance of crits, different roles and battle styles ect.
The game has a MvM upgrade mechanic where enemies drop points you can use to upgrade you and your weapons. Some new stuff like headshot resist chance and ammo regen.
More death sounds, which are just grunts and screams from other lines that play when the enemy dies.
Randomly generated levels?.
Go alone or go with 1 life AI companions.
Bosses (all though there is likely very few of them.).
Stealth.
