now that would make good horror flick the story about an artist with a hand that becomes out of control. after doing artwork and makes the artist do terrible things but he cannot stop making art.

I can see that.  Back when I was into film we planned to do THE HANDS OF KALRO...a hitman receives the hands of a dead pianist and every time he wants to kill he has to play the piano instead...
