Squeak will face down anything and really does have no fear when it comes to another cat. I hope she can survive long enough to pick up a little judgement.

You never know. She may have an entirely different personality outdoors. But inside the house she has complete confidence. So far all of the kittens stick pretty close together outside, and Dorian is never far from them.

That they are. Watching them from inside I've seen the kittens making friends with two young cats who live in the back yard. I'm surprised...but pleased...to see this. It improves my chances of getting close to the wild ones.

It depends. Sometimes an older feral will have had good luck with humans and is willing to try you on for size. so long as you have food and a place to come in out of the rain. Young ones may be shy and careful with anything that moves. I've had cats who have brought ferals home and inside with them and so long as I don't hurry I can bring them around: not exactly tame but willing to trust me. It's never a sure thing. But as long as I'm careful and quiet and in no hurry the chances are pretty good. The only real problems are sometimes with the cats who already live here.

Oh yeah I remember feeding a feral cat before , it was an older cat so it wasn't that shy but them there were some kittens who were really nasty , one bit me on my finger and damn it hurts like hell .

Cat bites are some of the nastiest there are. Almost as bad as humans.

I didn't get to go to Disneyland because there was a huge fire in Anaheim and the smoke filed the air so badly ;( Will go another time .

Yup besides the haunted mansion was closed , I could have pulled it off but my friend who is also the driver has asthma

I guess it's part of the United States, not that that would save it from third world status. It is, however, very beautiful in some places, and I really wouldn't want to move anywhere else.

True, and the ones we get here often do a lot of damage, but for the most part it's only things and not people or animals. Wind we have all year, and as there are trees everywhere the sound of it is wonderful.

Here on the Oregon coast you get to think of storms as the natural state of things. Walking around in the rain is just another day. I walked quite a bit before I broke my hip and I'm just getting up to speed now. This is such a small town that you can't get too wet between points A to B and there are lots of places to hang out and dry.

Everything in town is within walking distance. And our single bus has a pay-for-the-day rate so it's pay once and get off and on again as much as you like, plus which you can ask the driver to make special stops. It's really not such a bad little town once you get used to it.
