Description I was playing with AI Servo while I engaged a pursuit between twigs and leaves to get a nice shot of this cute little friend.

Hope you like it, and if you do, well... ladybug-fav it, then!

Thank you for comment, much appreciated! To be honest the original photo was a bit motion blurried, on the vertical axis, on the right where the twig is raising up (not showed in this crop). Luckly, the composition didn't suffer of the crop processing: while in the original picture the ladybug stays at center, here it's in the middle right, and I think the result is more convincing.
Still have to say... thank you for interesting!

Thank you to be honest. I like to know about the process of a great picture. And the result is amazing, so keep it up
I have to edit my photo a lot because they are often unsharp or contrastless, but I'm not so good in post process...I'm just a learner in Photoshop.

My advice is to start with lightroom. I've started too with photoshop, but at that time I didn't have even a camera and I was interested in photomanipulation. Once I received my first compact camera, I did understand that lightroom was the correct tool to achieve great results in photography.
Yeah basically you can do the same thing with photoshop or camera raw (which essentially is like lightroom but integrated in photoshop) but I assure you the magic happens with easiness of lightroom. Just because you have everything you need under sight.

I don't have to tell you Youtube is full of tutorials, but you can even learn just playing trial and error.
To encourage you, try to see this technique called "Split toning" (this video it's the best that I found: [link] well obviously feel free to play with parameters). It's quite easy to apply and it is like a "must-do" operation on almost every picture which passes through the post-process, best thing is to apply it in subtle percentage.
Once you've done, try to play with contrast and brightness. It will impress you how easy it is to use lightroom.
Another great advice is to keep an eye on how your process is affecting the "noise" in your photo. Some operations make noise more visible (for example: Exposures increase, Fill Light, Saturation, Clarity and Sharpening). You can check it with the Zoom tool in lightroom.

Good luck and have fun!
