Stunning scene.
The glare isa little harsh, but I love how the sun has filtered through, creating those mid air shadows.
I'm also impressed by level of details evident on the beach, i.e. the footprints and reflections of the rededing water help drw the eye and balance the image as a whole.
Where was this taken?... oh wait just read it in another reply...

this photo is absolutely gorgeous...I love the colour, the moment, the emotion in it...youve done a lovely job. You also do a great job of keeping everything very well focused, even the light entering the shot from between the palm trees. Just out of curiosity, do you set the aperture to a smaller diameter to keep everything in focus? also I may have asked before, but what lens do you use? You always have such amazing landscape shots, and I'm always impressed (though that doesnt really matter so much). You must do a lot of travelling because you have many shots of the clouds and of paradise / warm / beach areas.
anyway altogether a wonderful shot once again!

Thank you so much for comments which are always a pleasure to read, and no I'm using a normal diameter and this one has been taken with a 24-120mm lens, I guess this one has been shot at quite high zoom (maybe 100mm). Thank you!
