Description
So here's another part of Shining Consequence. Here we see Aura again, who we haven't seen in a long time. She is covering her prediction with some more details and what she says about it is as much detail as I intend to go into for now. This event will not occur for some time though (she said ten days but the entire run of HTKF will be taking place over like 3 days so that is still a while away) but it's probably the biggest event that will occur for Solarshadow and Shining Consequence so it will be built up in the background. So for now enjoy Aura's warning, Ian sure didn't.

Artistically I am mostly happy with this one but rocky flats proved much harder to get to look good then I thought it would... so sorry about the backgrounds on this one. I intend to look up some techniques to get it down and do it better next time. Design wise I talked about Eevee already in the last part, Absol is a bit trickier to put into my style. The main problem is it really isn't based on anything, it takes inspiration from the Sphinx, Bai Ze (Chinese mythological creature), the Yin yang symbol, lions, the Grim reaper, and more, so trying to find something to design it off of that let it still look faithful to the original design and not get over designed was tricky. Ultimately I went with an African Lion, with a face that has cat like eyes, nose, etc but with human proportions (short nose, smaller mouth, stuff like that). I also decided to go with more of a dark blue than grey or black like it is sometimes depicted in, mainly due to it's in game art usually being blue instead of the black you see in fan and official art. I left her paws looking pretty much the same as they do in the games with three large claws, though I gave absol more defined toes (since in the games it's feet juts kind of stop and claws pop out... weird) and though you can't really see them here, Absol was given Wolverine esc paw pads and such.

*Also this has confused a few people I showed this comic too, his name is not pronounced (I-an), it's pronounced (E-in), not sure if that matters but thought I'd clarify that in case. Ian is also the oldest of Blaze's three kids, he was the one that went unnamed for a while.*
