Description
So the battle continues, here they both show off their special abilities (Aqualus more so). Most of the younger characters (Tyler, Aura, Harvest, Aqualus, and Ian) are all bad fighters, Aqualus however is the exception, he is actually a skilled battler and enjoys doing it. He's dexterous and agile, and as shown in the 7th panel, he can also perform attacks accurately while doing so. However he's still a kid, so he's not very powerful.

As for Aydrean, he shows in the seventh Panel that he can fire off as many as three beams at once. However in doing so, they are weaker versions of the attacks (the main head's is more powerful than the other two). To make a normal one, all three have to fire the same attack like the Charge beam fired in the beginning of the comic (that's also why it lasts longer than the other one). Here he fires off Focus blast, Dark pulse, and Charge beam at the same time. He'll be taking full advantage of that ability latter.

This was a pretty involved strip, tons of different attacks, complex poses, etc. I had a lot of fun with it and I hope it shows here. I like a lot of energy and Aqualus is one of my favorite characters to draw for that reason. A lot of movement and emotion in him. The moves on display are Charge beam, Focus blast, Dark pulse, crunch (Panel 10), and ice beam (panel 8). Hope you enjoy, more coming soon.
