To change a Pokemon's moves if they don't evolve, you must use up an Evolution Scroll. Since you have already done a mission, you cannot change your Pokemon's moves without the exchange of an Evolution Scroll.

Yes! I thought so too and I hope it's okay. If I get myself to it I'm gonna do side mission to collect items for Soba.
I haven't yet desided when egg hatches but I have already planned who will hatch from it. n_n
