The biggest difference is the building on background... it's not so ancient as St. Peter's Basilica on original drawing and isn't an architectural monument, but

- uses modern construction materials, like reinforced concrete

- having more living quarters inside (actually this is hotel IRL)

- features straight-lines, three-pointed star (in plane) design

- having rather strange superstructure on roof (looks like aircraft carrier command bridge)
