The expression is lovely and her hair colour contrasts superbly with the background. Nice one

I love that pale and delicate skin, coupled with a non-usual face.
The scene set-up is worth mentioning, too.
The lines of the railing, her left hand, the straps, and the slope of her breasts all create a strong line going in one direction. Her shoulders, the hem of her top, and her gaze intersect that line, pointing away at a right-angle with her at the centre/corner.
Good sense of composition!
