Yep, they're both Diaboleites. The one on the left with the gem on her hand is my gemsona for Steven Universe, Bo, while the one on the right I've nicknamed "Kneecap."
She's a Zora from Legend of Zelda!
The comic is basically how my sona, Dye, met up with someone from her past who she thought was dead and was sorta stricken by shock of seeing them.
It's actually shadow ball ;3
