I like your progress Poch; you're becoming more frequent. You will improve even more in no time.
This is very cool looking. Just watch out for some minor anatomical errors here and there (his left arm's wrist should be defined and thinner to show difference between hand and forearm, also his right shoulder looks small coming out of his underarms like that)
And if it's a lineart commission, you should be careful with the lines; make sure not to have any cross lines. There are two cross lines in his right wing and some in the rope and feet.
