I'm not going to lie. I've always been reluctant about using white space.>_>;
The full sized image is very very messy. I'm glad it looks cleaner in thumbnailed form. XD
For my school's postcard contest. I doubt I'll win 1st place, but I wanted an excuse to stay up late CGing.

The composition is really great in this image.
And the white looks cool, but I also think that the image would look really good if the background was skin colour.

I was actually really tempted to use a beige/creamy colour
but I use those colours too often for backgrounds so I decided to try white. XD

The smilie face was a friend's idea so I stuck it in there. Reminds me of walmart lol.
This club at my school is hosting a postcard contest. The winning entries get their design printed on postcards that will be sent to students' parents.

Lol when my english/history teachers assigned art projects they'd always go "WHITE SPACE IS BADDD" so I've never been very good at incorporating white in my CGs.

I love how miscellaneous it is. The stuff on there could appeal to just about everybody and at the same time it's the kind of card you buy after thinking a while about what would fit whoever you're sending to.

I love this. I think you did a great job. This is the kind of design that if I found on a postcard, I'd buy it and never send it away, but keep it for myself. <333 Haha!
The placement of the items in the top is done perfectly, and I especially love how the paint tube squirting the paint it what borders that corner. Very creative. Great job. And good luck to you!
