Yes indeed, this is partly done in SFM and partly done with GIMP. In fact, I think I've spent more time editing things in GIMP than actually posing! D: It took SO long. (Already 6 to 8 hours for the editing only.)
So yeah-- what's 'real' and what's edited? First things you'll see are the flowers and the mug. Indeed, I failed to find Sniper's mug in SFM (searching through 7000+ files makes it easy to miss things) and after 4 or 5 times I decided to improvise and take an ordinary mug that I would customise later. Okay, so that's that. ;u; Flowers -- I couldn't find flower models. Not surprised though, I don't think they even exist. xD
Then the hair! I've tried MANY times to make it the right color. Sadly it was really impossible for me to edit the ponytail (it should be higher than that of the Femsniper model) but I did what I could to adjust the color and shape. Kind of difficult when the original is so dark, though.
Then, the tattoos. They're edited? Well um.. All I gotta say about THAT is 'duh' xD

Last but not least -- you looked over that, didn't you? -- the face and shirt! >w< Yup, Femsniper's model has a different nose/chin (much more pointy) and her shirt is much shorter (only to her waist). I changed the shape of the face to make her look a little younger and also for a more accurate resemblance to the character she's representing. The lower part of the shirt.. I created it from scratch, actually. It wasn't there. I made all of it. ;u; I did my best to make sure it would match the shading style of the rest of the clothes. Though sadly it messes up the pose.. I'm quite satisfied, still, but it ain't perfect. ;u;

Last thing you should know -- facial expressions! Daaang! :<
The Femsniper model is sort-of smirking, in a way that tells you "Lololol, look what I did with the mug, what'cha think?" (in a friendly *ahem* cute type of way, hence flowers), but you can BARELY even see it because the camera isn't facing the front! xD Aahhh! All that face posing gone to nothing. >w<;
Same goes for Snipes, as the eyes aren't visible. His expression on the one hand is like "you seriously got that bloody mug again?" while on the other hand he can sorta appreciate what she did with it. I don't know how to name it xD But that was just written all over his face (not literally, mind you). Sad thing it ain't visible anymore. :C

OOOOOKAY. Now that all my explanations and excuses are behind me -- The concept!
As this is for AustraliumSiren 's contest, the Femsniper character represents her OC, Roo. That's what all those changes are made for. >w<
I did my best to think of something that would be at least reasonably-in-character. I figured Roo can be rather playful sometimes; and as she usually steals Sniper's mug, I wanted to find a way to combine these two things. Plus something cute, because they're a couple. Well.. This was created. ;u;
