His Name is Nercodeus from Kirby Mass Attack

Where to Begin with his evil deeds.

Well He wanted to destroy Popstar all because the Planet shined the brightest, we can already assume he is on the same level of power as Nightmare (or Enememe) and Zero.

he seems to have no other goal expect snuffing out any sort of Light and turning it to the Darkness, basically a world where he can rule.

and his name translates to God of the Dead.

and He attacked Kirby because he saw him as the only thing that could bring a stop to his conquest of Popstar and Probably even the Universe.

Yeah definitely deserves his spot in the Sintember line up.
