Whoa, ya'll! Look at me! Getting back into the groove and shizz. Also. I have no idea what I'm doing. I haven't drawn on my tablet in like....MONTHS. Like...not since December, ya'll. Give me time to learn what the hell I'm doing again.

Kind of like a puppy with a constantly wagging tail, Quinn has an outgoing, friendly disposition. He makes it known that he's more than easy to approach and always willing to make a friend. Some would call him overly friendly (again, like that excitable puppy) while others would simply call him lovable. Talkative and pleasant, he's always willing to make a friend.

However, because he wishes to avoid conflict, he tends to do what he can to placate others. While it's an admirable thing, it also makes him an unaggressive individual who would much rather not defend himself than push an issue and provoke any kind of disagreement. He doesn't like to compete with others, preferring instead that others come out on top of situations. He likes to refer to himself as his own greatest enemy and opponent, if only so that he can proceed to better himself in his life.

Yet, Quinn is easily walked all over because of his eagerness to please others. Weak-willed and a bit of a pushover, others may often see that his kindness will be taken advantage of. Quinn is gentle and eccentric, and somewhat overly self-aware of his out of the ordinary behaviors, often leading him to withdraw socially because of his own personal discomfort with himself and his actions. He takes things too heart a bit too often, even if he attempts to bury it under smiles and a loud, booming laugh. Don't be fooled.

Quinn is the middle child of three - and had an easy, simple life! But there was always something missing, even when he was a child. It wasn't until much later in his life that he would learn what it was and seek it out.

As a child, he and his family often traveled to the coast where his grandparents lived. It was then that he discovered his absolute love of the ocean. When he dove into the ocean from his grandparents' boat and cut his face open on coral, the painful mistake was enough to spark a curiosity that he couldn't understand. Since then, his entire life revolved around the ocean and everything in it; observing it, learning about it, loving it, protecting it. His willing obsession deprived him of many experiences that most go through as they age -- he would never learn the blissful pain of young love, he would never venture to birthday parties or sleepovers, and so on. His attention revolved entirely on the ocean, and in time, he grew a bit lonely and awkward. But never unhappy.

Growing up on the inland when you love the ocean is never a joyful experience, so he vowed, after he completed his studies, he would find a home by the ocean that he could explore everyday of his life.

The years blurred by and Quinn recognized his mistake. He had mistakenly put his love of the ocean above his love of his siblings and parents, and had drifted away from them. It was a pun he didn't appreciate. When he completed school, he took time to rebuild his relationship with his family, but his love of sea life would drag him away once more. And that's when he found out about an island. A wonderful place thriving with life and mystery that he could dive into and learn all about. Ki Island seemed perfect for him. But he wouldn't be alone this time - at least not for long. He made a promise to his sister, recently widowed, hat she would be able to join him on the island as soon as things were situated. In turn, she promised to teach him all about love and friendship and how to see beyond his work.

Until she comes, he promised to write letters, and try his best to make friends and expand his horizon outside of the ocean and onto the land. With people.

His home has an overabundance of plants and various aquariums.
If offered plastic bags or plastic straws, it will be one of the few times he'll glare at the person.
He's only had one girlfriend in his entire life. It was when he was 12. And it was because she demanded it and he was too timid to say no. [It didn't work out, obviously. Kids.]
He is HORRIFIED of sea urchins. Just a big ol' nope.
He has a younger sister and an older brother. His sister is a florist and his brother is a senior office administrator.
Quinn is notorious for absolutely loving jellyfish and sea pigs. He has jellyfish themed lights and decorations all over his room.
He only has ONE ear with a gauge.
