Welp here's the thing that i'm extremely proud of in which a lot of people will probably say "Kanda that's the crappiest shit i've seen all year get lost"but nonetheless i'm still quite proud of this, and i love this new little guy, he's a pretty boy how can't i?
And i will finally finish this when i get my new blue copic markers, which i will be spending just about all of my christmas money on so i can actually start colouring with pretty colours
Also please don't kill me for saying he's the strongest in the universe instead of Goku, just watch teh movie and you shall understand

Nice picture, just watched the movie and it's perfectly correct what you worte.
Also Toriyama stated that if Goku at his best (God-mode) get a "6" as vote, Beerus get a "10" and Whis get a "15".
This is also clear when in the last scene with them he manage to knock out Beerus with a single hit.
This should make Whis the strongest being of the universe.... at least their own! Because after all Beerus said that about the other universes there could be others stronger then him (other Gods of Destructions? With possibly stronger teachers...)
