Description
This a character originally done by Pheonix023. I told her that I'd do this as a congrats for 12K and am only just now getting to this. I fell llike it's a little more stagnant than was intended... I don't know, I think that it's a little off.I'll admit that I rushed this a bit because I felt like I was taking too long on it. I'll probably try to run through it again with her permission... see if I can't get something that I fell a bit more comfortable with.

Actually, it would be pretty sweet if the cape was made out of an ultra-light mando metal. Then when the jet-pack ignited, the cape would start to glow a molten orange after prolonged flight. T'would make a mighty imposing image, and probably a sufficient surprise weapon as well.
