It´s a work that calls atention on the fact that animals (cows, pigs, dogs, etc.) are sentient, just like us.

just like non-human animals, human animals are sentient: both have the hability to feel, to fell joy, fear, pain, to have social relations, to comunicate, etc.. - this is being sentient.
