Happy 30th anniversary, Kirby! This summer has been a busy one for the puffball, and one with lots of strawberries. There's the Kirby's Fruity Flurry drink from Kung Fu Tea, the Mighty Pink Puff ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery (where this picture gets its name from), and the recently-released Kirby's Dream Buffet game in which you must eat the most strawberries. Kirby's mind is so focused on strawberries that he's mistaken my own strawberry boy, Gary Straw, for the red fruit. Run, Gary, run!

This was an idea I had in my head for a while this summer. I wanted to do something strawberry-themed or Gary-themed, and the timing with all this Kirby promotion was perfect. And if you haven't already, check out Kirby's Dream Buffet. It's a lot of fun.
