I've tryed doing that to my lips but I've messed up so many times it's not even funny. Dx

Haha well i did this:
Put foundation over my lips *yes it starts of very dry and cracked it looks awful but bear with me*
Then i just put the eyeshadows on with a thin applicator. They are all M.A.C eyeshadows btw
And if you want you can put lip conditioning stuff on afterwards to give them a lovely sheen
