No, I do not have a twin sister, that is me in both positions I just manipulated it in photoshop.

Once I made something like this and uploaded it to my gallery, there is not as good as yours I most say, but I had a lot of fun making it...I like the lighting and the both poses....

I like the black vs white undies - it's a great idea. I would suggest that be more of a focal point. It'd serve as a great focal point and would stylize the image, drawing focus more towards the emotion rather than the subjects themselves.
