This is a redo of a species I made a long time ago, probably 2015? Much less restrictive now and rather cheap!
Celestial Ringers are a species of pony that lives in the clouds, they are also known to be able to make clouds from the chimes of their bells. These bells are so soothing to any other species and can calm the angriest of creatures.
They dont need wings to be able to stay on the clouds as their winged hooves allow them to walk among the clouds like most do the ground. They can jump high enough to reach the clouds, and are able to walk on air as well as the clouds.
They don't normally get Cutiemarks, if they do, its always bell or music related.
