she was born with special wings that have rainbow under feathers, they shimmer in the light and so those who see them normally want them, this resulted in harassment when she was a filly and she couldnt fly due to other fillies plucking the feathers from her wings to keep them. eventually she just kept her wings tucked in to avoid this entirely, but it gave her an idea to make a headband for herself thats made from ground dust of her feathers that have molted.

she can make rainbows when she flies, and if her wings touch water droplets it sprouts them from the ground, thats her talent and shes a very apt pony for rainbow making. :>

once again i forgot the base maker, ive been working on her for a while now so i dont have the name on the top of my mind.
