Oh? Then it seems I was on a wild goose chase (happens to me a lot)
But you know what?Β I actually managed to remove the titlebar...
I was struggling with just the file namesβ¦.. and just a moment ago, I even got rid of those! Check this out!
The process is a bit dirty but it works. I'll put the info up once I fix a few things.

It's actually just a workaround to the fact that you can't actually remove it. Since this was for screenshot purposes, I simply displayed the video in a separate window, hid the window decorations & overlayed it on top of the main window

How did you manage to remove the file name above the video? I managed to 'remove' the top bar by renaming some files but the file name stays up there. >.<
