I just can't figure out how to hide the battery percentage on the login page. What version of OSX are you on? Any other tweaks you might have run?

1) On my system, the login page shows the battery % text next to the icon, how did you get just the icon? 2) How did you change the font/text brightness on the menubar?

I actually have no idea why my battery % doesn't show up in my login screen
And the font is as it is from the Obsidian Menu Bar Installer - I didn't actually change anything to increase brightness of the font

That's strange! All my icon changes are through Candybar and it works just fine for me. If it helps, I'm on Version 3.3.4

Really? I've found nothing risky about it based on my own experiences !
The only major edit that is necessary to achieve what I've achieved above is a background change, which I did using Loginox !

i like your 'home screen'! or how is it called in osx? it's so clean, but how about making buttons in the top pic (sleep, restart and shut down) more sharp & squarish like in the bottom one in order to pursue the idea of 'modern cubism'?
