Haha, no problem

The apple icon can be found here and the font was replaced using the guide found here .
The system font on my system at the moment is Calibri!

I don't know whether or not you're referring to the dock itself but if you are then it's the default ML dock (10.8). It isn't customizable apart from being able to change the dock icons
