Description

In before, I used Opentoonz to animate. However, Opentoonz was mostly created for frame by frame animation rather than vector animation. Thus, its vector tools are really lacking (I even wrote some functionality myself...).

This time, I used Synfig to animate. As a programmer myself, I found the property table and linking really easy to understand. This one is my very first animation created using Synfig as a test. There are super confusing moments such as changing the "origin" value of a "rotate" layer resulted in the whole scene being moved. But yeah after using it for a bit I understood its logic and thus was able to prevent it from happening again.

Not sure if I'll create more but I wanna try to use it for at least a few weeks before deciding if I want to go for animation using this software or not.
