Thanks for such a nice and detailed preview, and I answer to your problems:
-Impossible to fix the titlebar icon refresh bug, this bug seems to be common in some other vista skins like WhiteFlame, AeroVista, Jadaero and others, this is a WB bug.
-The physical border is set for the actual image border, and in these images the shadow is quite large so the border moves. Not fixable.
-For transparency, you should have deleted the old skin before installing the new one, the new ones don't have any transparency.
-And your English isn't bad at all
Also you shouldn't have to spend much time making previews, just a image, short description and done!

Actually for the transparency thingy, Pok3 is using the Vista-lize thing. Pok3's not using the Skin Default setting on the Window Frames. Skin Default is the best setting
