I was bored so drew this on my phone, thought of this scene after Zira dies in Lion King 2As the sun set beyond the horizon a lone figure sat perched high above a deep canyon, a river now flowed down below
Frozen, shocked to her core Ushindi watched the far side of the canyon where only a short time ago a battle had ensued, where she had seen her mother fall into the depths of the rushing water. Mother had failed. Failed to reclaim Scar's land and rule in his honor, she failed because her pride had turned their backs on her, betrayed her...betrayed Scar.
Anger boiled in Ushindi's blood though her outer composure seemed stoic and blank, she began to plan
Simba, Kovu, and her mother's pride would all feel her wrath. She would get her revenge,
For Zira, for Scar and for herself.

I'm still working on the small details so bear with me but so far her back story is
Ushindi was born before Scar's rien while they were both fairly young, once Zira gave birth Scar was less then impressed that the cub turned out to be a female, Zira feeling she had failed him rejected Ushindi so she grew up outcasted by her mother and the rest of the pride -being she was born before Mufasa and Sarabi had Simba, and out of wedlock so she wasn't considered a legitimate cub
Ignored by many she would spend her days shadowing Scar and longed for his attention, she wanted to be worthy- if only by him
And following after the death of Mufasa, Scar took over as king Zira gave birth to Nuka, Ushindi despised him because for a brief time after his birth (before they realized Nuka was to weak) they were considering Nuka as heir.
Enraged she plotted to dispose of Nuka but Zira caught her and exhiled her
Once she left the pridelands she became obsessed with scar and vowed to return and prove she could be worthy, more worthy then Nuka
Eventually word had spread that scar had been defeated but before his death he had chosen a new cub for his heir
Ushindi was devastated but curious on what would happen with the pride, she snuck back into the pridelands and observed everything from afar
She watched her mother along with Nuka, a cub named Vitani and Kovu- the chosen one, and the rest of Zira's followers get exiled from the pridelands, she became aware of Zira's plot but she wasn't completely confident her mother would succeed so she now roams the land waiting for her chance

She knew her mother hated her so she just tried to watch and figure things out before making her move but in the end she never had a chance to
