This is the area to date in the MEWTWO STRIKES BACK hack available on Pokecommunity.[link]
Pallet isnt really attached like that, you need to go through the underground path to get there.

I'm guessing you need to get surf early-ish on to really progress?

houses near oak's lab.
I like this. It has playability and the house placement and the trees and occasional plant seems to be well thought out.
The flower in front of oak's house in front of the stairs could be removed because from the actual placement, people would be walking there, so the plant might be trampled.
other than that, i can't really find any flaws with it.
The... i dunno what to call it, so i'll just say 'central route'.
I wonder about the area that looks a little like a harbour(?)
It looks like boats might go in it, although from the actual rock placement, it doesn't have anywhere to go, although i don;t know what it actually is, so i can't really say.

Other than that, I can't really see anything 'strange' with these maps and I myself do want to give them a spin later to see them up close.

although did it ever occur to you that if you catch a pokemon that was swimming around in the sea, it doesn't know how to surf?
that always struck me as weird. XD

yeah but that's okay, once you get the HM in the beginning of my game it isnt a problem
