Could you tell me how you twist those parts of the sprites without blurring them?

I used MS Paint. They failed a bit at rotating and pixelated, but I fixed them manually

I use MS Paint to draw all frames. The more frames you'll draw, the animation will be smoother.
At the end I'm making a gif file.
